The table above is an 18th century farm table.

The round table with cross stretchers was copied from a sea captain's table in Stonington, Connecticut. It is a rare design and popular with us in different sizes.

The classic harvest table was made with short drop leaves, and while in the down position, chairs can fit underneath. This was a space saving device used in the many small cottages of our 18th century ancestors..
