Orders picked up in person by the purchaser or by their agent are subject to 6%
sales Tax.
All orders shipped to Connecticut addresses are subject to 6% sales tax.
What is NOT Subject to
Connecticut Sales Tax
ALL orders shipped out of state by James
Dew & Sons by a known common carrier are NOT subject to State of
Connecticut sales tax.
Buyers submitting a legitimate Sales for Re-sale or Non-Profit certificates are
exempt from Connecticut sales tax.
NOTE: Foreign shipments:
If taxes and tariffs are applied to your shipment, any such duties are
payable by the purchaser, to the purchaser's appropriate government officials.
